Know how your stay works.

Self check-in starts at 4pm; check-out is at 11am. We send your self-check-in information by email and text, with a guest portal for your booking. There is no staffed front desk. Guest parking is on site.

Your stay includes the lobby snack bar, WiFi, shared lounge, boot room and outdoor sauna. Restaurant meals are arranged separately.

Will I complete my booking on this website?

You will continue to the Copper Horse Lodge reservation page hosted by Cloudbeds to choose availability and complete the booking.

Where can I find cancellation terms?

For standard direct bookings, no deposit is taken and payment is charged on the scheduled arrival date. Cancel before 4pm lodge local time, 14 days before arrival, for a CAD 25 cancellation fee. Cancellations at or after that deadline, no-shows and early departures are charged for the full originally booked stay, without exceptions. For other booking channels and group arrangements, use the terms agreed for your reservation.

Can I book a particular room type directly?

Cloudbeds shows the room types available for your chosen dates. Select your preferred category there; the website does not guarantee availability.
