You can enquire about several rooms or accommodation across the whole lodge. King rooms sleep up to two guests; two-queen rooms sleep up to four. Couples, colleagues and families will have different sharing preferences, so the room mix matters as much as the total guest count.

The complimentary all-day self-serve lobby selection includes coffee, hot chocolate and breakfast favourites such as yogurt, egg bites, bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. Offerings vary and are kept stocked throughout the day. For a shared dinner, catering or private restaurant use, The Jeffrey Room is an independent operator on the first level of the building. Those arrangements are agreed separately from accommodation.

A family catch-up, a working session and a wedding welcome meal need different spaces. Describe the gathering, how many people would attend and when it needs to happen. We can discuss accommodation alongside any space, seating, equipment or catering requirements.
Meeting space, seated numbers, tables, chairs, screens and audiovisual needs are confirmed for the particular arrangement. A guestroom booking or whole-lodge overnight capacity does not establish an event capacity.
From first enquiry to arrival.
You do not need every detail settled before you contact us. An estimated guest count and a short description are enough to start; include preferred dates or tell us they are flexible.

Arrive with the practical details in hand.
Contactless self check-in begins at 4pm, and checkout is at 11am. Save your reservation’s arrival instructions before travelling. With no staffed front desk, it helps to raise timing or access questions before your group sets off.

All guest FAQsCan we book several rooms without taking the whole lodge?
Yes. Enquire with your dates, estimated guest count and room preferences. Several-room and whole-lodge arrangements are discussed according to availability.
Do we need final numbers before enquiring?
No. An estimate is useful for the first conversation. Explain how many guests may share and whether some need separate rooms; the rooming arrangement is confirmed before booking.
Does a group booking include meals or private gathering space?
Restaurant meals, catering, private restaurant use and any particular gathering setup are agreed separately. Tell us what you need so the accommodation and additional arrangements can be discussed together.
