Work out privacy expectations before choosing the room mix. The lodge has king and two-queen rooms, but a team needing separate bedrooms has different requirements from a group sharing. Ask about several rooms or accommodation across all 11 guestrooms.
Agree the working setup before you commit.
Describe the number attending each session, your preferred layout and the hours you need the space. Include tables, chairs, screens, audiovisual equipment and any remote participants. The space, seated numbers, equipment and exclusive use are worked through directly for your party.
Complimentary high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi supports everyday connection at the lodge. If the agenda depends on simultaneous video calls, streaming or particular technical requirements, raise those early. Guestroom smart TVs are separate from the equipment needed for a group presentation.

Bring the team together over a meal.
Take a break with complimentary self-serve coffee, hot chocolate and food in the lobby throughout the day. Options can include yogurt, egg bites, bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. Offerings vary and are kept stocked.
For a catered meal or private team dinner, explore The Jeffrey Room on the first level. The independently operated restaurant can discuss catering and full buyouts. Menus, timing, seated arrangements and cost are agreed separately from accommodation.
Leave room for the mountain.
The Kicking Horse gondola is a short walk from the lodge. A ski day, summer mountain outing or a quieter break in Golden can sit alongside the working sessions. Plan activities for the interests and experience of your team, and book them with the relevant operator.
Build a realistic first day around travel and check-in from 4pm. Save the reservation’s contactless arrival instructions, and discuss access to the second- and third-level guestrooms before allocating rooms.

Yes. Enquire about several rooms or a whole-lodge arrangement with your dates, team size and room-sharing preferences. Accommodation and any working-space requirements are confirmed directly.
What meeting equipment is included?
Tables, chairs, screens, sound and other equipment are discussed for your specific setup. Include your requirements in the enquiry and confirm the agreed provision before booking.
Is there a published seated meeting capacity?
Seated numbers depend on the gathering and proposed setup. Send the total session attendance and preferred layout; the lodge’s overnight accommodation limit does not establish meeting capacity.
Can we arrange a private team dinner?
Catering and full restaurant buyouts can be discussed with the independently operated Jeffrey Room. Menus, timing, space and costs are agreed separately.
