Copper Horse Lodge uses contactless self check-in and has no staffed front desk. Review the arrival instructions for your reservation before travelling and keep them accessible for the final approach.

Use the terms for your reservation.

For standard direct bookings, no deposit is taken at booking. Payment is charged on your scheduled arrival date. The cancellation deadline is 4pm, in the lodge’s local time, 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations before this deadline incur a CAD 25 cancellation fee. Cancellations at or after this deadline, no-shows and early departures are charged for the full originally booked stay. This policy applies to all standard direct bookings without exceptions.

For a reservation made through another travel website, use that provider’s confirmation and change process. Group and whole-lodge bookings follow the terms agreed for the stay. Have your booking reference ready when asking for help; do not send payment-card details by email or enquiry form.

Choose the right room for your guests.

King rooms accommodate up to two guests; two-queen rooms accommodate up to four. Select a category and occupancy that fit your party. If room sharing or a particular feature matters, review the room details before booking.

Whole-lodge accommodation is discussed directly. Its overnight capacity does not establish the size of an event or gathering; ask about any outside visitors, seating or private-space plans in advance.

Pets, service animals and access questions.

Pets are not permitted at the lodge. Contact us about service-animal requirements or the practical features you need for your stay.

Guestrooms are on the second and third levels of a three-story building. If the entrance route, stairs, room or bathroom layout affect your choice, discuss them before booking. Our access page sets out the questions to cover.

Shared spaces and included comforts.

The lodge is smoke-free. Be considerate of other guests in the lounge, boot room and shared areas, and follow on-site guidance for the barrel Nootka sauna.

Complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every guestroom and the all-day self-serve lobby selection are included. Every room includes a Nespresso machine for self-serve espresso. Coffee, hot chocolate and food such as yogurt, egg bites, bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and fruit are available throughout the day. Offerings vary and are kept stocked. Ask about ingredients if you have dietary requirements.

The Jeffrey Room is independently operated. Restaurant meals, catering and private restaurant use are arranged and paid for separately from accommodation.
